Lahar Yooi is a traditional Malay village located at Tasek Gelugor,Seberang Perai Utara, Penang. Also learn about the swamp forest land,spanning at about 10 hectares at the Hutan Pelajaran Air Hitam Dalam. Furthermore, you will also get to watch the beautiful and colorful migrant birds from Korea, Japan, China and Russia as swamp forest is suitable as an observation point and reference for flora and fauna. You will also be excited to cross the expansion bridge that linked in the middle of the forest.

You will also have the opportunity to see how machetes and rubber tapping knives are traditionally. Lahar Yooi has 14 homes for the purpose of homestay that are open to visitors.
